Do you ship within Malaysia only?
Yes. We currently deliver within Malaysia only.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location and the courier service.
How much is the shipping fee?
Any applicable shipping fee is calculated and shown during checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. An order confirmation is sent after payment has been completed.
Can I change or cancel my order?

For safety reasons, used or worn climbing safety equipment is not returnable or refundable.
